Thank you for your interest in the Chief Relationship Officer Forum!  Before completing this application, please review the following eligibility requirements.  Chief Relationship Officer members MUST:

 

·        Be employed as a Human Resources manager, director or consultant;

·        Be, or be the equivalent of, the SPHR designation;

·        Have sufficient experience (at least 7 years) to meaningfully participate in sophisticated discussion and debate regarding complicated issues involving the human resources profession and practice;

·        Commit to attending all monthly Forum meetings; and

·        Execute a confidentiality agreement relating to your participation in the forum.

 

MEMBERSHIP DUES are $495 per year.  Please make checks payable to: [Name]

 

TO SUBMIT AN APPLICATION please complete the attached form, enclose a copy of your resume, and mail it back, along with a $495 dues payment.  Your payment will be held until the Membership Committee has approved your application.  You will be notified when your application has been reviewed.  Please allow approximately 3-6 weeks for this process.
