CONFIDENTIALITY AGREEMENT

The greatest privilege of CRO Forum membership is the ability to share critical issues facing the senior human resource practitioner and to obtain input for solving those issues from fellow members.  In order to allow for a free and robust dialogue, all CRO Forum members are required to sign this Confidentiality Agreement and agree to the following:

1. As a CRO Forum member I agree to maintain the confidentiality of any and all discussion held during meetings unless written permission is given to do otherwise.  Even when permission to disseminate information is given, it should only be done on a “need-to-know” basis.  I will not disclose information shared to any third party without written permission or a valid subpoena.

2. I will be cautious when sending mail, e-mail, or phone messages to members and make sure they get into the hands of the intended recipient only.  If necessary, I will mark the “Confidential” on any memo, envelope or other document.

3. I understand the CRO Forum will be a success only if all of its members feel that they can absolutely trust one another.  Confidentiality is a key to that trust.

4. I understand that violation of this Confidentiality Agreement will constitute grounds for removal of my membership.

5. As a CRO Forum member/guest I understand and consent to the terms of this Confidentiality Agreement.
