| The CRO Forum is focused
on the Senior Professional in Human Resources. The SPHR certificate
from the Society for Human Resources Management
is preferred but not required. All members must have at least seven years
experience working in human resources on a full time basis. Their
focus must be on being a strategic partner to their company.
All new members must be approved by existing group members. If there are competitive conflicts you may be asked to join a different group. Human resource consultants are permitted so long as they meet all other qualifications and agree not to solicit fellow members for their services. All members will be required to sign a Membership Application Form (HTML) (PDF)(WORD), the Code of Conduct, Confidentiality Agreement, and remain current in their dues, which are set by individual CRO Forum Chairs. |
